About the Role
We are seeking experienced Maintenance Supervisors to lead and manage equipment maintenance operations across multiple mine sites for our valued client. In this pivotal role, you will ensure high equipment availability, statutory compliance, accurate maintenance systems, and effective cost control. You will coordinate onsite maintenance crews, contractors, and resources to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective maintenance outcomes that support our operational and strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities include leading preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing of various machinery, supervising repairs, breakdowns, and component change-outs, and driving a strong safety-first culture with a focus on continuous improvement. You will work closely with the Maintenance Manager to ensure all equipment operates at peak performance and remains fully compliant with site requirements.
To be successful, you will bring at least 4–5 years' experience as a Maintenance Supervisor within the Bowen Basin mining sector, along with strong technical capability across a range of mobile equipment. This is an on-site, drive-in/drive-out role.

* Australian Recognised Mechanical Trade Certificate
* Current Coal Board Medical
* Current Standard 11
* Current BMA Core
* Current G1,G8,G9 supervisor
* Current Maintenance Supervisor experience
