 
        
        Mary Street Bakery is hiring a Full time Head Chef role in Highgate, WA.
Mary Street Bakery has gained a reputation for its interesting, quirky and seasonally driven brunch menus. The kitchens are fast-paced so you need to have experience working in such an establishment.
You must be passionate about what you do, dedicated to your chosen profession, enjoy making things from scratch and believe in using local products where possible.

 * Expected salary: $80,000 per year
An understanding of food and wage costings and rostering is a must, plus the ability to motivate, train and lead a small team to drive the Mary Street Bakery standard.
The job would suit an existing head chef wanting to step away from working nights or a sous chef wanting to step up to a head chef position and cut their teeth in a highly regarded and busy kitchen.
This is a day-time only position - in at 6am out by 3pm. You will be working under the guidance of our senior management team so there will be plenty of support.
Only apply if you have worked in a similar quality fast-paced establishment and have at least 3 years post-apprenticeship cooking experience. Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.
