Our People and Culture Digital, Change and Delivery Team sit within our Finance Management, People and Engagement Group who deliver operational, technical and transformational projects both in agile and waterfall methodologies.

What role will you play?
As the People and Culture Lead for Digital and AI, you will support our AI and digital journey to enhance the employee experience. Your responsibilities include expanding our digital opportunities with our employee experience platform and integrating AI solutions, such as digital co-workers and chat solutions, and demonstrating leadership in decision-making processes. You will identify digital solutions and evaluate AI use cases to improve employee experience and operational efficiency, support the implementation AI solutions for the People and Culture team, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Additionally, you will use AI tools to enhance the employee journey, gather feedback to improve digital initiatives, and work with stakeholders to ensure successful AI project implementation.
