They are dedicated to delivering agile and bespoke solutions that allow their clients to focus on their core business. About The Opportunity The primary purpose of this position is to deliver high-quality, comprehensive medical and functional assessments for candidates undergoing pre-employment health screening, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and candidate care. Reporting to the Clinical Lead, your responsibilities will include: Conduct pre-employment medicals and functional capacity evaluations in line with inherent role requirements Perform health screening tests including blood pressure, heart rate, BMI, SpO₂, vision, hearing, spirometry, urinalysis, and drug & alcohol screening (training provided) Accurately document findings and prepare concise clinical reports Maintain confidential health records in line with privacy and clinical governance standards Provide professional, supportive experiences for candidates and clear comms with clients and employers Adhering to WHS, infection control, and quality assurance procedures About You The successful candidate will have: A tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Nursing, or Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) Current AHPRA registration or ESSA accreditation (where applicable) Strong understanding of functional anatomy, workplace ergonomics, and occupational health principles Excellent communication and report-writing skills Experience in occupational health or pre-employment medicals (desirable) Analytical mindset with the ability to assess injury risk and develop appropriate management recommendations Competency in Microsoft Office and injury management or clinical software What's in it for You?
