We are looking for a skilled, dedicated, and experienced Panel Beater to join our busy team. This is a full-time position for a reliable individual who is passionate about restoring vehicles to their original condition. You must be based in Australia with full working rights.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess vehicle body damage and determine the best repair method.
* Straighten and repair damaged vehicle body panels and chassis.
* Remove, fit, and align new or repaired panels.
* Repair dents and imperfections using a variety of tools and techniques.
* Weld and solder panels as necessary.
* Ensure all work meets our high-quality standards and manufacturer specifications.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
* Work efficiently to meet deadlines and turnaround times.
Skills & Experience Required
* Trade Qualified Panel Beater (Cert III in Automotive Body Repair Technology or equivalent).
* Proven experience working in a professional body repair shop.
* Strong knowledge of various repair techniques, materials, and equipment.
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* Current and valid Australian Driver's Licence.
* Must have full working rights in Australia and be based in the country.
