Job Description – Guidewire Claims Business Analyst

The company has a core competency and thought leadership position built around the science of IT development and testing application development.
We are looking for a Guidewire Claims Business Analyst who can work with business users, product owners, and technical teams to support the implementation and enhancement of Guidewire Claim Center.
Preference : Looking someone can join in 2 weeks.
Location : Anywhere in Australia - Hybrid model (weekly 2days from office)
Key Responsibilities
* Gather and understand business requirements related to claims processing.
* Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
* Work with technical teams to ensure correct configuration of Guidewire ClaimCenter.
* Support system testing, UAT, and validation of claims workflows.
* Coordinate with claims operations teams to identify process gaps and improvements.
* Assist in defect analysis, troubleshooting, and change requests.
* Maintain documentation such as process flows, BRDs, and functional guides.
Required Skills
* Experience working as a Business Analyst in Guidewire Claim Center.
* Good understanding of P&C insurance claims processes (FNOL, adjudication, payments, subrogation, etc.).
