About the Program
* 12-month, structured transition program with clinical rotations through all 3 areas of Maternity: Post Natal, Level 5 Special Care Nursery and Birthing Suites at 0.8 FTE (negotiable).
* Flexible rostering
* Maternity specific competency books
* Dedicated multi day Orientation Program
* Allocated Preceptors for each Graduate
* Supernumerary shifts at the commencement of each rotation
* No on call for the duration of the Graduate Year
Who We Are Looking For
* Recent graduates with a Bachelor of Midwifery and Registered with AHPRA
* Less than 3 months of full-time RM experience in Australia or overseas
* Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster
