The Opportunity We're seeking a Principal / Team Leader – Commercial to lead and expand our commercial practice.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a senior practitioner who brings both technical excellence and a strong professional network.
What We're Looking For
* Senior commercial lawyer with an established client and referrer following
* Ideally an Accredited Specialist, though not essential
* Well-known in the market with the energy and presence of a rainmaker
* Mid-tier background preferred, bringing a pragmatic approach and client-first mindset
* Desire for greater autonomy and the opportunity to build and lead a team
* Proven record of cultivating work pipelines and referrer relationships
Desirable Expertise (any combination welcome)
* Mergers & Acquisitions (mid–high-end transactions)
* Private equity and capital raising
* Technology and digital sector experience
* Personal Property Securities Act (PPSA)
* Competition, consumer, and market regulation (ACL)
* Intellectual Property – front and/or back end
