Territory Manager – Western Australia
JD Healthcare Group is Australia’s leading independent medical wholesaler and distributor. For nearly three decades, we have built and managed premium healthcare brands across the APAC region. Our vision, “Future Health,” drives us to deliver class-leading solutions for patients, medical professionals, and the environment.
We innovate across our core distribution channels: Healthcare Institutions, Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery, and Allied Health and Retail. Partnering with like-minded manufacturers from Australia and around the world, we touch the lives of thousands of patients every day.
We are seeking a high-performing Territory Manager to drive growth across Western Australia. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional with experience in medical devices who thrives on autonomy and values strong customer relationships.
You’ll report directly to the Business Unit Manager – Hospital, and take ownership of all sales activities across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions in the region. The role is remote, with travel across the state and occasional national meetings.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare decision-makers across WA.
* Deliver in-field product demonstrations and clinical support to customers.
* Identify key account opportunities and develop tailored engagement strategies.
* Represent JD Healthcare Group at relevant industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
* Maintain accurate sales records and insights in our CRM system.
* Monitor competitor activity and emerging market trends across the WA healthcare landscape.
* Collaborate with national colleagues in marketing, product management, and customer service.
About You
* Proven success in medical device sales, ideally with experience in WA’s hospital and institutional market.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare sales role.
* Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of healthcare procurement processes.
* Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting medical professionals.
* Ability to work independently and remotely while staying connected to the national team.
* Comfortable with travel throughout WA and attending head office meetings as required.
* Degree in business, health sciences, or a related field preferred.
If you're ready to grow your career with a company that's shaping the future of healthcare, we’d love to hear from you.
