Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service where you and your customer will have memorable and meaningful interactions. You will inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets through your knowledge and expertise.
Complete memorable sales transactions, aiming to reach set store sales goals. Maintain a consistently high standard of store presentation while ensuring that new stock is promptly and accurately displayed, and ensuring we are replenishing our stock efficiently.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate initiative by actively keeping your knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services current. You must also contribute to a fun and supportive culture instore where the team loves coming to work each day.
