As the Visual Merchandising Executive (Animations) you will be responsible for the seamless planning and execution of all thematic animations and branded animation activations. - Serving as the primary HQ liaison to stores and suppliers for thematic animation changeovers.
- Co-managing thematic curations with Category partners
- Liaising with regional and local Category and VM suppliers on thematic design and adaptation
- Coordinating the planning, production, delivery and installation of thematic animations in collaboration with suppliers (including in-store digital elements)
- Managing the thematic animation calendar locally and support the Head of Category with Regional thematic conversations.
- Coordinating the style out of products for thematic animation curation.
- Collecting post-thematic execution feedback from stores.
- Liaising with brands to ensure artwork and product curation meets Sephora VM standards.
- Managing the brand animation calendar locally in collaboration with the Category team
- Co-managing animations budget building and oversight with Head of Category
- Serving as the HQ liaison to stores for all thematic/brand animation topics.
- Training store team on VM best practices and expectations.
- Providing ad-hoc animations and visual merchandising support for new store openings as needed.

- Previous experience with in-store visual merchandising within a similar environment.
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong planning, organization, follow-up and time management skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Results-oriented and resourceful.
