Whether you're an experienced Estimator looking to grow your expertise or a Production Manager ready to take the lead in workshop operations, we want to hear from you.Production Manager – Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of the workshopEnsure repair methods and estimates are followed accuratelyDrive quality assurance and productivity targetsManage workflow to ensure timely, cost-effective repairsMaintain a safe and clean working environmentSupport ordering and receipting of parts, paint, and consumablesEnsure customer expectations are met or exceededEstimator – Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately assess vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair estimatesLiaise with insurers and customers to ensure approval processes run smoothlyWork closely with technicians to clarify job scopesUse estimating systems (e.g., Audanet) to create timely and cost-effective quotesEnsure repair methods align with OEM and safety standardsSupport workshop productivity and job flowWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in a similar role (Estimator or Production Manager) within the collision repair industryStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage time effectively and work to deadlinesProficiency with Microsoft Office and estimating systems (e.g., Audanet, iBodyShop)A team-first attitude with the ability to motivate and lead othersHigh attention to detail and commitment to safe work practicesWhy AMA Group?
