About the Role:
Continued business growth has created a new opportunity for a qualified Carpenter/ Builder with Building Project Management experience. You will have the opportunity to work on a high variety of quality large scale residential renovation projects throughout the NSW Northern Rivers Region.
Your proactive approach and organisation capabilities will be paramount to ensure you and the team are on the same page to produce quality outcomes with efficiency and safety in focus. This is a challenging role that will manage the projects including liaising with the Owner, ordering materials & equipment, quality control, contractor liaison, client liaison and working to deadlines and targets.
Must Haves:
* Current Safety Induction White Card.
Skills and Experience:
* Highly motivated and efficient working autonomously
* Demonstrated experience and proven track record in supervising projects across multiple sites within the residential building industry with a stable employment history
* Proven ability to effectively order materials, supplies and equipment with a proactive QUALITY approach.
* Demonstrated ability to coordinate with sub‑contractors to achieve quality and efficiency.
* Proven ability to take ownership of projects and tasks with demonstrated problem solving and time management skills.
* Strong work ethic and safety attitude.
* Exceptional attention to detail, common sense approach and quality focus.
* Willingness to take direction with an attitude for continuous improvement.
* Friendly, positive and approachable.
* Enthusiastic, committed, reliable and team focused – we want someone for the long‑term.
