About the Role
We are seeking an experienced practice manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our management group, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
Your primary focus will be on leading and developing our team, building a positive culture and driving business growth through effective marketing initiatives. You will also be responsible for maintaining client records, undertaking general nursing tasks, and delivering exceptional patient care.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring seamless communication between teams and stakeholders.
* Lead and develop our veterinary nursing team, fostering a positive and inclusive culture that promotes collaboration and teamwork.
* Drive business growth through the development and implementation of local marketing initiatives, aligned with our overall business strategy.
* Ensure the successful execution of daily operations, including stock management, rostering, and other administrative tasks.
* Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills, providing exceptional support to patients, owners, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent qualification.
* 2-4 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
* Strong business acumen and organisational skills, with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, clients, and external partners.
* A passion for delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
