About the Role

Are you a problem-solver who thrives on delivering outstanding service? Join Neverfail as a Customer Service Coordinator, where your hands-on support will directly impact our customers’ satisfaction and operational success. This is a permanent, full-time role working Monday – Friday, based at our Distribution Centre in Yatala, QLD or in Salisbury, SA.

In this dynamic, site-based role, you’ll provide responsive service across multiple channels — phone, live chat, email, and face-to-face interactions at our service desk. Your day will be fast-paced and varied, moving between the warehouse, dispatch, and customer service areas to ensure smooth operations and happy customers.

What You Will be Doing

* Respond promptly and effectively to customer enquiries via phone, live chat, email, and in-person.

* Resolve delivery and service issues with empathy and efficiency, collaborating closely with logistics and dispatch teams.

* Provide real-time updates on deliveries, manage exceptions, and coordinate timely solutions.

* Support walk-in customers with collections, cooler swaps, and equipment returns, maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

* Maintain compliance with site safety protocols and PPE requirements at all times.

* Assist with operational tasks such as stock verification and cooler handling during customer collections.

* Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and contribute to continuous service improvements.

* Proven customer service experience, ideally within logistics, warehousing, or delivery operations.

* Strong communication skills and the ability to tailor your approach to diverse customer needs.

* Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

* Tech-savvy with experience using systems like Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, Teams, and others.

* Ability to navigate multiple systems to update and retrieve accurate customer and delivery information.

* Committed to site safety and operational compliance.
