Job Title: Retail Pharmacy Manager
We are seeking an experienced Retail Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all retail-related activities, including staffing, inventory management, merchandising and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily workflow, staff schedules and delegate tasks to ensure efficient and effective pharmacy operations
* Provide leadership and support to the pharmacy team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
* Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant pharmacy regulations, standards and company policies
* Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
* Collaborate with the pharmacist manager to develop and implement marketing and promotional initiatives
* Represent the pharmacy and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers and the local community
Requirements:
* Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, including inventory control, staff management and customer service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
* Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Proficient in using pharmacy management software and other relevant technologies
