We are seeking Support Workers who exude passion and are motivated to provide support for diverse clients and participants to support their independence in the home and community.
Responsibilities
- Support Workers provide support to our clients in their homes and the community as they move through all aspects of daily life, and encourage independence.
- Cheerful and professional in their work.
- Are sincere in supporting and empowering individuals.
- Available to work Monday to Friday.
- Have a driver’s license and vehicle to be used for work purposes.
- Have been vaccinated against COVID-19.

Qualifications
- Relevant experience or qualification in aged care or disability support is preferred.
- Driver’s license and vehicle required for work purposes.
- COVID-19 vaccination status as per organisation policy.
- Current Australian driver’s licence (as applicable).
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (as applicable).
- Ability to be available outside usual hours when required (e.g., weekends, evenings, public holidays).
