We are seeking a customer-focused VIP Services Concierge Host to manage our exclusive VIP reception desk, delivering seamless service, personalised coordination, and high-level administrative support to our valued members.
The Role
As a Full-Time VIP Concierge Host, you will be based at the VIP reception desk, acting as the central point of contact for our VIP guests and internal stakeholders.
This is a concierge reception role that blends front-of-house professionalism with precision administration and booking coordination.
Your key responsibilities will include:
VIP Reception & Guest Service
Professionally welcoming and registering VIP members into the VIP Gaming Room
* Managing check-ins and providing a seamless arrival experience
* Responding to guest enquiries with discretion and efficiency
* Building strong rapport with VIP members while maintaining confidentiality
VIP Administration & Bookings
* Coordinating accommodation, restaurant, entertainment, and transport reservations
* Managing daily VIP bookings and guest itineraries
* Maintaining accurate guest records and profiles
* Handling phone and email enquiries
* Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery
* Supporting compliance requirements within a regulated casino environment
This role operates on a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays. Flexibility is essential.
About You
You are organised, composed, and service-driven, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining impeccable presentation.
You will bring:
* Experience in a concierge, reception, hospitality, or customer service role
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
* Impeccable grooming and presentation
* Bi-lingual skills (Vietnamese, Cantonese, or Mandarin) highly regarded
* Strong computer literacy (experience with Opera is advantageous)
* Open Driver Licence (required)
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Employee Licence
* Current RSA and RSG certification prior to commencement
