We are looking for a knowledgeable and client-focused
IT Consultant
to support our customers with tailored technology solutions and expert guidance. In this fully remote role, you'll advise clients on best practices, troubleshoot technical challenges, and help implement solutions that enhance efficiency, security, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities
* Work directly with clients to assess needs, identify technical requirements, and recommend solutions
* Deliver IT consulting services across infrastructure, software, systems, or cloud environments
* Assist in planning, implementing, and supporting technology projects
* Troubleshoot issues and provide prompt technical support and resolutions
* Configure systems, tools, and environments based on client requirements
* Prepare documentation, reports, and user guides where needed
* Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver seamless solutions
* Ensure security, compliance, and best practices across client environments
* Build strong relationships with clients through clear communication and reliable follow-through
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
* 2–5 years of experience in IT consulting, technical support, or systems administration
* Broad understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and business applications
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across multiple platforms
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client engagements
* Self-motivated, proactive, and effective in a remote work environment
* Based in Australia with the legal right to work
