The Opportunity
This role forms part of the Contract Management Directorate, which delivers contract management services for Transport and Infrastructure Projects to ensure quality outcomes for the South Australian public.
The Contract Administration Support Officer undertakes administrative duties to support the Section's contract administration activities including processing contract progress payment documentation, labour hire invoices, employees forms, reports and associated maintenance of records and systems.
The role also undertakes a range of general administrative and business support tasks across the Section and Directorate.
The incumbent of this role will be proactive and will need to have a close attention to detail, whilst maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
This role requires the incumbent to operate with independence and the determination of priorities and work standards.
About You
The successful applicant will need to have:
* Experience in the provision of administrative and business support services.
* Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products, particularly Word and Excel.
* Experience in the use of financial and records management systems including Basware and KNet, or equivalent.

Special Conditions
* A National Police Check (NPC) is required prior to employment in the Department for Infrastructure and Transport which must be renewed every three years.
* The incumbent is expected to handle confidential and sensitive material and adhere to all relevant guidelines in relation to confidentiality, disclosure of information, impartiality, and conflict of interest.
* Some out of hours and weekend work may be required. Additionally, some intra / interstate travel may be required.
Remuneration
ASO3 - $ 67,589 to $ 72,033 pa + superannuation.
