About the role
As part of our continued growth, we are looking for Dispensary Technicians to join our Adelaide sterile pharmacy teamin a full-time, permanent role. We are also open to part-time applicants.
Reporting to the Pharmacist-in-Charge, the candidate will be responsible for dispensing prescriptions, administrative work, customer service and providing overall support to our pharmacists.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, has excellent customer service & communication skills and comfortable working on computers.
Experience working in a pharmacy is not essential but will be highly regarded.
Working with our team, you will be making a difference to our patients' lives each day.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Dispensary technicians:
* Dispense and process prescriptions accurately
* Provide outstanding patient support via phone, email, and in-person
* Prepare and pack medications for delivery to patients
* Assist pharmacists with inventory management, invoicing, and data entry
REQUIREMENTS:
* Full work rights in Australia
* Minimum one year of work experience in a similar pharmacy or administrative role
* Demonstrated ability to follow complex instructions with precision and attention to detail
The successful candidate will be working as part of the larger team of the Crisci Group, one of the largest group of compounding pharmacies and medicinal cannabis dispensaries in Australia. You will be supported with continuous training and working within a structured environment.
