About the Role
As a Senior Media Sales Consultant, based in the Burnie office, you will lead digital and print media sales initiatives while managing key accounts and supporting the Sales Manager as second-in-command. This role offers a dynamic mix of strategic account leadership, new business development, and team collaboration.
You will be responsible for:
* Lead and manage a portfolio of key clients, providing strategic campaign insights, performance updates, and optimisation recommendations
* Support the Sales Manager with day-to-day sales leadership, mentoring, and operational oversight
* Drive new business opportunities alongside maintaining and growing existing client relationships
* Attend and lead sales meetings in person or virtually, as required
* Coordinate integrated sales campaigns across digital and print platforms
* Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to deliver high-impact solutions
* Deliver exceptional customer service across all touchpoints through strong communication and relationship-building skills
What You'll Bring
* A strong desire to build a long-term career in media sales leadership
* Proven experience in digital and print media sales
* 5+ years' sales experience, with demonstrated account management expertise
* Leadership capability, with the confidence to act as a trusted deputy to the Sales Manager
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
* A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
