Responsibilities
* Expertly manage and lead kitchen operations with confidence and precision.
* Design innovative, trend‑driven dishes and special event menus.
* Cater to diverse dietary requirements with expertise.
* Uphold the highest hygiene and safety standards.
* Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive workplace.
* Keep costs under control without compromising quality.
About You
* Have at least 12 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered).
* Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate (no relocation allowance).
* Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience leading a similar banquets and functions role (hotel background preferable).
* Thrive under pressure, staying calm and in control while keeping everything running smoothly.
* Exceptional time‑management and organisational skills, plus flexible availability on weekends and evenings.
* Hold a Food Safety and/or HACCP certificate.
