We’re seeking an Sales Support Reporting & Lead Specialist to join a dynamic team within the automotive sector for a 12-month fixed-term contract (including leave entitlements). About the Role In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, and optimising an ecommerce platform, leading digital customer retention strategies, and delivering insights to support commercial decision-making. Key Responsibilities: • Generate and maintain lead management and KPI reporting • Manage inbox enquiries related to service offers and campaign activity • Work with our ecommerce platform provider to maximise product sales and customer r retention • Provide funnel and campaign analysis, and report on program performance • Develop initiatives to engage lapsed and existing customers across the authorised network • Liaise with dealers and external partners to support digital marketing activity What We’re Looking For: • Tertiary qualification in marketing, business, or a related field • Experience in ecommerce and digital engagement is highly regarded • Proficiency in Excel (must-have); working knowledge of Google or Adobe Analytics is also preferred • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to interpret data, produce insights, and deliver practical recommendations • Experience with reporting tools or CRM systems highly regarded Perks & Benefits: • Competitive salary package, including full leave entitlements • Flexible working environment • Be part of a respected global brand and growing team Company Culture: This company is committed to fostering an inclusive and forward-thinking culture where every team member is valued, has equal opportunities, and can grow within the organisation.
