Site Supervisor - Up to $180,000 + Super / Car
Site Supervisor required for education projects across SEQ. Lead site delivery in live school environments with strong stakeholder management. Education experience essential.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold a trade qualification (Carpentry preferred)
* Have 5+ years’ experience supervising commercial construction projects
* Have proven experience delivering Department of Education or private education sector projects
* Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills (Principals, Business Managers, DoE representatives, consultants)
* Be experienced managing works within live school environments
* Understand staging, access control, and child-safe site separation requirements
* Have strong knowledge of QLD building standards and education compliance requirements
* Be organised, proactive, and programme-focused
* Be willing to travel across South-East Queensland
Key Responsibilities:
* Full day-to-day site supervision and coordination
* Manage subcontractors, trades, and site personnel
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification
* Manage construction staging within operational school environments
* Liaise directly with school representatives and client-side stakeholders
* Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and enforce safety compliance
* Oversee quality control, inspections, and defect management
* Review and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and services drawings
* Coordinate deliveries, logistics, and site security
* Maintain clear communication with Project Managers and senior leadership
