The Opportunity
As a Director, you'll bring both strategic expertise and commercial vision. You'll lead significant projects, nurture client relationships, and play a key role in expanding the firm's footprint through your own professional network and client connections.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing a portfolio of private sector clients and a diverse project list.
* Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of high-performing planners.
* Providing strategic and technical planning advice across multiple sectors
* Contributing to business growth by attracting new clients and opportunities
* Collaborating with the Director group to shape business strategy and culture.
About You
You're a seasoned planning professional with a strong network and a reputation for trusted advice and results. You'll bring a mix of technical excellence, business development capability, and leadership confidence.
You'll ideally offer:
* Extensive experience in private sector town planning (consultancy or client-side).
* Tertiary qualifications in Urban Planning or related field.
* Proven success in managing complex approvals and leading client outcomes.
