About the role
As the Centre Director (Nominated Supervisor) at Kiddie Academy in Parkes NSW 2870, you will be responsible for leading and managing the overall operations of the childcare centre. This full‑time position involves overseeing the day-to‑day running of the facility, ensuring the highest standards of care and education are provided to all children.
What you'll be doing
* Providing strong leadership and direction to the teaching team
* Developing and implementing educational programmes that support the learning and development of children
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and quality standards
* Developing positive relationships with families and the local community
* Managing the centre's budget and resources effectively
* Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
What we're looking for
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education or a related field
* Extensive experience in a senior leadership role within the childcare sector
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
* A deep understanding of the National Quality Framework and regulatory requirements
* Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop a team
* Passion for delivering high‑quality early childhood education and care
