About Us:
Mercedes-Benz Geelong is a proud, family-owned dealership with over 40 years of success in the Geelong region. We’re currently seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Consultant to join our Mercedes-Benz Vans/Light Commercial Vehicle sales team.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a relationship-focused role where professionalism, product knowledge and follow-through are key.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a motivated and tech-savvy sales professional with automotive experience who is ready to hit the ground running.
• Previous automotive sales experience is essential
• Confident using digital sales tools and CRM systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Customer-focused, with a commitment to always go the extra mile
• Excellent presentation and professionalism
• Holds a valid VIC Driver’s Licence
• Available to work Saturdays (11-day fortnight, with an RDO provided) is essential.

What You’ll Do:
• Achieve monthly sales targets through strong relationship management
• Proactively follow up on enquiries and nurture leads
• Understand customer needs and identify the right vehicle solution
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across the Mercedes-Benz Van range
• Deliver vehicles to customers with in-depth product demonstrations
• Provide exceptional customer service and post-delivery support
