Our client, the leader in the manufacturing and marketing of Stockfeed products, is seeking to appoint a motivated person to manage the development and ongoing success of their client’s business through close liaison with National Management, Territory Managers, and end users.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will formulate and implement a business plan including sales and expense budgets, to exceed budgeted profit for your region.
Key Responsibilities include;
•Monitor and manage sales of key products
•Management of the sales team including reviews and development plans
•Product forecasting for key products
•Business planning / reviews with key clients
•Ensure logistics and customer service functions are working efficiently
•Compile and submit monthly regional reports including business analyses and competitor activity
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a high level of leadership, management and excellent communication skills, both oral and written, supported by proven track record in sales achievement. Reliable with strong time management skills, you will possess superior interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate at all levels of distribution, complemented by excellent IT skills
A salary commensurate with the responsibilities of the role will be negotiated.
