About the Opportunity
We have an excellent opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our thriving business. We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced team player to join our office as front of house Reception.
About the Company:
A well-established panel shop since 1988 located in Leongatha, with brand new facilities. Burchell Panels is a panel repair & paint shop who deals with many insurance companies.
About the role (but not limited to):
As Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for greeting customers on reception to pick up or drop off their vehicle for panel repairs. Other reception duties will include:
* Assisting with answering phones & Emails
* Booking in customer repairs
* Liaising with insurance companies
* Data entry
* General admin duties
* Assisting office management as required
* Processing invoices
Experience with a panel shop or the automotive industry is preferred but not essential. Training will be provided.
