About the Role
A great opportunity for a passionate Safety and Human Resources Manager to join the team during an exciting time of growth. Overseas three local sites and one in Adelaide, managing employee lifecycle and providing HR advice across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the lifecycle of employees across four sites.
2. Provide HR advice and support across the business.
3. Develop and launch HR best practice strategies, policies, and procedures.
4. Develop, implement, and maintain Return to Work program.
5. Identify, assess, and control hazards, risks, and measures.
6. Conduct toolbox safety talks.
7. Develop, implement, and launch best practice WHS programs and initiatives.
About You
We are looking for a candidate with:
1. Bachelor of Business (HR/WHS or equivalent).
