About the role
As the Product Delivery Manager at Vinarchy, you will lead and support a team of Product Data Coordinators to ensure excellence in product delivery and data accuracy across our wine portfolio. This role owns the execution and governance of key processes including vintage rollouts, SKU setup, dry goods approvals, packaging specifications, existing product change projects, portfolio rationalisation and cross-functional coordination.
You’ll be responsible for team leadership, data quality reporting, and continuous improvement of data governance and delivery practices. You will also serve as the key liaison between the Product Data team and internal stakeholders such as Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT.

Key Responsibilities Include:
* Lead, coach, and support the Product Data Coordinator team.
* Oversee vintage transitions, SKU creation and updates.
* Maintain accurate product and packaging data across systems.
* Manage dry goods approvals (DGA) and resolve discrepancies.
* Execute product change projects and portfolio rationalisation.
* Build dashboards and monitor KPIs, data accuracy, and timelines.
* Identify and drive process and system improvements.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
What You'll Bring:

* Organised, proactive, and project-focused approach.
* Experience in wine, beverage, FMCG, packaging, or supply chain.
* Proficiency in ERP/packaging systems (SAP, Dynamics, DAM).
* Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Packaging, Business, Product Management, or related field
