Job Title: Senior Policy Manager, IWPB Secured Risk
Our organization is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Policy Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and processes that enhance customer experience and manage risk appetite.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in secured policy in the retail credit sector and proven experience in retail credit risk management, local regulations and lending policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Proactively identifying and implementing policy and process improvements through industry benchmarking to enhance customer experience and manage risk appetite.
* Engaging with key internal and external stakeholders.
* Supporting local projects as SME on policy related initiatives.
* Supporting ongoing compliance with regulatory guidelines and identifying implications of regulatory changes.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and relationship building skills and be able to demonstrate strategic change delivery experience.
This is a fixed term contract position lasting 24 months.
What You'll Need To Succeed
While experience in mortgage strategy or credit decisioning management within a banking environment would be highly desirable, it's not essential.
