Our Marketing team is growing, and we're looking for a Brand Marketing Executive to join us on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is made for a creative thinker with an eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and the drive to turn big ideas into beautifully executed campaigns. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will support the end-to-end planning and delivery of integrated brand and consumer campaigns that connect people to Driscoll's – our products, our values, and our purpose. From brand activations and events to partnerships, PR, and campaign performance, you'll play a hands‐on role in bringing our brand to life in fresh, engaging ways.
What you will be doing...
* Leading the planning and delivery of integrated marketing and advertising campaigns, in collaboration with the broader Marketing team.
* Coordinating campaign execution to ensure deliverables are on brand, on time, and on point.
* Reviewing and approving marketing assets to ensure they consistently reflect the Driscoll's brand identity and tone.
* Exploring consumer insights, trends, and market gaps to uncover opportunities to strengthen engagement and campaign effectiveness.
* Planning and delivering brand activations, events, and industry initiatives that elevate Driscoll's presence and storytelling.
* Tracking and reporting on campaign performance and New Product Development (NPD) metrics to inform future activity.
* Sourcing and managing agency, vendor, partnership, and sponsorship relationships.
* Partnering with media agencies to engage influencers and support PR activity that amplifies brand reach and relevance.
About you...
* Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related discipline.
* Experience in a similar marketing role, with hands‐on involvement in brand, campaign, or consumer initiatives.
* Strong creative capability, with confidence using Adobe Creative Suite and other creative tools to bring ideas to life.
* An analytical mindset with the ability to use insights, research, and data to inform and refine decisions.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Curious, creative, and innovative mindset.
* Valid unrestricted Australian working rights.
