The Role
The Pharmacist Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dispensary, ensuring the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical services to patients and clients. This role involves managing staff, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and achieving financial and operational targets. The Pharmacist Manager will lead the team in providing exceptional customer service, optimising inventory management, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the pharmacy's performance and growth while working closely with our experienced Retail Manager. Within your role you will minimise risk by ensuring all professional and legislative requirements are met, and any discrepancies are reported promptly. This position supports your continuous professional development and fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment.
About You
* You are passionate about community pharmacy and are looking to share your commitment and service offerings, particularly in clinical care.
* Have current registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA.
* Community Pharmacy experience preferred.
* Proficiency in Minfos is advantageous.
