Job Description:
* Provide specialist services to adults, children and young people affected by family violence in accordance with best practice principles and within a collaborative and multidisciplinary framework.
* Work as an effective member of a professional team in the provision of services to Adults, Children and Young People affected by family violence as part of the multidisciplinary Family Violence Service established through government initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of family violence and its impact on adults, children and young people.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively with adults, children and young people with complex needs and apply appropriate models of intervention, including the developmental needs of children and young people.
* Demonstrated time management skills and ability to prioritise and monitor a busy workload while providing a high standard of client care.
