Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team in the Intensive Care Unit. As a Physiotherapist, you will provide evidence-based, patient-centred care within a multi-disciplinary setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide physiotherapy services across the ICU and assist with ward demand as needed.
* Lead, teach, and supervise Grade 2 Physiotherapists, Rotational Grade 1 Physiotherapists, Physiotherapy Assistants, and Undergraduate Students working in your area.
* Develop and implement treatment plans that address the physical and functional needs of patients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
