The role is to lead a dedicated team of Child Development Specialists in providing flexible and responsive supports for children under 9 years with developmental delay or disability.

Key Accountabilities
">
">
* Lead key change initiatives in a fast-paced environment, playing an important part in driving results.
">
* Demonstrate strong application of early childhood best practice principles, NDIS legislation and quality assurance when considering recommendations being made to families engaged with our program.
">
* Monitor and report on your team's performance to meet key contracted service deliverables.
">
* Identify opportunities to support your team with continued service improvements including building partnerships within the community to coordinate and improve services for families.
">

Required Skills and Qualifications
">
">
* A relevant degree qualification in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, an Allied Health discipline, Psychology or an area relating to service delivery.
">
* Demonstrated experience leading a team to provide a high level of customer service.
">
* People leadership experience with the ability to build and develop an engaged, high performing team.
">
* Comprehensive management skills including troubleshooting, managing multiple deadlines and conflict resolution.
">
* Collaborative approach with the ability to successfully influence and engage a range of internal and external stakeholders.
">
