This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Mount Gambier, SA. The Administrative Assistant will perform various clerical tasks such as answering and directing phone calls, organizing and scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and providing executive administrative support. Daily responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and assisting with report preparation.

* Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
* Clerical Skills and Phone Etiquette skills
* Strong Communication skills both verbal and written
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to multitask and work independently
* Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus
