You'll be rostered to meet the peak and flow of business demands.In Conference and Events no two days are the same.

What you'll need to be SuccessfulRecognised culinary training or equivalent experiencePrevious experience in an a la carte restaurant is idealA passion for cuisine with a strong focus on food quality and presentationThe flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including weekends and peak holiday periodsFull working rights in Australia
