Attractive salary $60,000 to $69000 per annum, includes 5 weeks annual leave, birthday leave and salary packaging benefits.

About the Role:
This is not just a recruitment job—it's a chance to shape culture, influence growth, and champion human potential.
As our People & Culture Officer, you'll:
* Lead end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles, from frontline support workers to office-based professionals.
* Collaborate effectively with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and build strong talent pipelines.
* Support onboarding and engagement strategies to ensure new hires feel valued from day one.
* Contribute to a culture that's inclusive, supportive, and aligned with NDIS standards and values.
* Drive diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices and internal culture.
* Primary point of contact for new starters (frontline workers) within the organisation and assist them during their induction and onboarding.
* Providing general HR support including recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, and employee relations.
* Assist with general HR reporting and undertake transactional processing activities including but not limited to recruitment activities and onboarding checks.
* Ensure the efficient maintenance of employee records including training records.
* Coordinate timely and proactive responses to general HR enquiries.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Qualifications: Cert III Human Resources (or equivalent field or a higher related discipline) or willingness to complete.
• Licenses: A valid Queensland Driver's License.
• Screening: Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening.
• Availability: Monday to Friday
• Professional: and engaging HR professional with excellent communication skills.
• Passion: A genuine commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities and contributing to a positive team culture.
