Administrative Support Professional

This role provides key administrative and service support to the Drug and Alcohol team within a Local Health District.


Key Responsibilities

* Administrative tasks including preparation of consumer handouts and resources
* Documentation, discharge letters or reports, and general administration activities
* Coordinating surveys and collection efforts for survey distribution and completion
* Documenting direct consumer care work in electronic medical records.


Requirements and Skills

* A passion for helping others
* Strong time management skills

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized, and able to multitask efficiently. They will also have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and quality outcomes.
