Responsibilities
* Manage day to day operations and subcontractors
* Quality assurance
* Drive and enforce OH&S measures and procedures
* Resolve any disputes that may arise
* Mentor and develop Junior/Foreman
Experience required
* Previous Site Manager experience for a Commercial Headcontractor
* Experience delivering projects in excess of $30M desired
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficient with Hammertech and Procore software
* Unlimited Australian working rights
