Overview Job TitleLocationPerth - AU (Primary)Employment TypeFull-time Permanent The Role We're looking for a passionate, high performing Landscape Architect to join our team in a permanent full-time capacity.
We are seeking someone who has broad exposure to all project stages, with a focus on documentation and contract administration phases.
For this reason, we welcome candidates from other design disciplines who can demonstrate some aligned experience or collaboration with landscape teams.In this role, you'll contribute to a diverse range of exciting projects - local civic, university, hospital, and destination play spaces, as well as international competitions, master planning and public realm projects - all with a targeted focus on delivering ASPECT's regenerative design principles.You'll:Deliver the design and documentation of landscape architecture projects from concept through to construction, across a variety of project scales (master plans to detailed construction packages)Coordinate and manage project deliverables including base analysis, site planning, design development, construction documentation, and tender packagesEngage with clients and stakeholders with clarity and confidence, building strong and lasting industry relationships as you goSupervise and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative learning culture in our tight-knit studioStay informed about emerging design trends and innovations, sustainability practices, and industry standardsWe're looking for someone who loves what they do, both in their design work and in their contributions to team and studio culture.
You'll be working on a variety of projects at different stages, interacting with diverse project collaborators - strong project management, design thinking, technical expertise, and communication will be key.The successful person will have:Degree qualification(s) in Urban Design, Architecture or Landscape Architecture3+ years of experience in professional design practiceProficiency in design software such as REVIT and AutoCAD (critical), Vectorworks, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite (highly desirable)Exceptional visual communication and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of sustainability and regenerative design and construction Why ASPECT Studios We are city-shaping leaders, globally recognised for design innovation and our commitment to making a positive impact.
