Respirico Healthcare is a South Australian owned and operated business which provides Sleep, Respiratory, Mobility Products, Assistive Technology and services. We have a close relationship with SA Health, major & regional hospitals, DVA & NDIS as well as many nursing homes and clinics. We are currently looking for an outstanding candidate to join our passionate, customer focused and SA based team in the Iron Triangle region. We currently have stores in Pt Pirie, Pt Augusta & Whyalla which work closely together. Full-time or Part-time opportunity available with flexible hours possible.

An outstanding opportunity awaits the right person based around the Iron Triangle area. You will be based at either our Port Augusta or Whyalla branch (a role a available at both stores) but you may be required to travel between the 3 branches from time-to-time depending on the needs of the business.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

* Assistive Technology ( mobility equipment ) Product demonstrations
* CPAP Consulting
* Sleep Study set up
* All training provided
* Invoicing
* One-on-one consultations with clients with follow up appointments
* Perform data downloads for customers and forward onto doctors and care providers
* Working as a team and also solo
* Booking appointments and scheduling calendars
* Key holder responsibility
* Drive sales and growth of business
* Liaise with key clients ie. OTs, Physio, Nurses
* Build strong relationships with hospital teams
* Inventory Management
* Sterilisation of equipment using specific standards of cleaning
* Manage equipment - ordering, invoicing, data entry and servicing.
* Answering of internal and external calls and emails

All required training will be provided to the successful applicants, a variety of on-the-job training, online training courses, seminars/webinars and required reading will be available depending on the role.

About You

You will work as part of a small team of around 60 (and growing) colleagues across 8 stores & clinics around the state, including a dedicated team local to the Iron Triangle area. You will work autonomously with clients and also as a team. As Respirico Healthcare is a growing company with three overlapping but separate divisions (Sleep, Respiratory & Assistive Technology) there is opportunity for variety, learning and career growth.

You will be someone who enjoys helping others and interacting with customers and clients, you will be willing to spend the time with clients to find the right solution for them. You will perform well under stress, be driven to achieve, and will relate well to people of all races, all ages and at all levels. You will meet challenges head on and see obstacles as new opportunities.

Skills & Experience

* Monday - Friday
* Career opportunity with scope for future advancement
* Car license required with good driving record
* Police clearance required
* Good health
* Self-confident with excellent communication skills
* Demonstrated empathy with elderly, disabled and vulnerable customers
* Accepting of all races, religions etc
* NDIS Worker Screening Check (can be completed during induction)
* Reliable, punctual, honest and committed
* Education – high school, some post-secondary studies preferred but not essential
* Background in health, sales, customer service or management is preferred but not essential
* Yearly flu-shot & Covid-19 vaccination required (SAHealth requirement)
