Job Overview
You will be working with customers to develop personalized banking solutions and help local businesses thrive as an Agribusiness Relationship Manager. Your key responsibilities include developing win-win solutions while maintaining awareness of our growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build deep relationships with customers to deliver high-quality banking solutions.
* Work proactively within the community to identify new business prospects and opportunities to attract new agribusiness customers to our portfolio.
* Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement engagement plans that achieve successful outcomes for customers, communities, and us.
* Drive profitable growth by meeting sales targets, converting referrals, and delivering results that can be taken pride in.
* Mentor and grow the skills of colleagues across the region to support state team success.
What You'll Bring To The Role
To succeed in this role you will have:
* A tertiary qualification in finance or a related discipline.
* The ability to undertake travel and possession of a current C class driver licence.
We would also love you to have:
* Demonstrated expertise in lending and credit risk principles.
* Financial analysis skills including the ability to analyse and interpret financial statements.
* Up-to-date knowledge of agriculture market conditions, products, cash flows and markets.
* The ability to think outside the square to develop innovative customer-centric solutions.
