Job Description
* Oversee the full lifecycle of remedial and civil projects
* Manage subcontractors, site activities, and day-to-day project execution
* Interpret drawings and ensure accurate on-site implementation
* Monitor QA, safety, and compliance with client specifications
* Work closely with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
* Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control
* Provide technical input and problem-solving on-site
* Report to the Project Manager and support junior staff as needed
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Senior Project Engineer Should Have
* 5+ years of engineering experience in civil or remedial projects
* Strong background in either concrete works or blast & paint
* Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish
* Comfortable working in lean teams and taking ownership
* Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
* Knowledge of safety and environmental compliance standards
* Full working rights in Australia
* A proactive, practical mindset and strong leadership potential
