Selection Criteria
To be successful, you will:
* Have recent previous experience as a barista
* Be passionate about coffee and delivering the highest quality product and experience to our patrons
* Genuinely enjoy interacting with patrons of all demographics and have high customer service skills
* Have the ability to remain calm and adaptable whilst working in a fast-paced environment
* Always demonstrate a 'can do' attitude, contribute to a positive workplace culture and supportive environment
* Be willing to learn and develop your skills in all areas of club operations
We offer the following benefits worth approximately $2,000 each year:
* A competitive hourly pay rate
* Staff meal discounts across our F&B outlets
* $6 daily voucher to spend each shift on F&B
* We strive to ensure work/life balance with at least 2 consecutive days off each week and negotiable on rostered days off. We generally publish the roster 2 weeks in advance
* Further training and/or study pathways are available to staff that desire to grow and develop their skillset
* Paid RSA, RCG, Food Safety Supervisor certificates available for staff
