The JV is seeking a Centre Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of this bustling retail precinct. To be effective in this role you will require strong leadership abilities, stakeholder management and the capability to excel at various operational functions simultaneously. You will contribute to the strategic direction and development planning initiatives and display a high degree of demonstrated management experience across the retail industry.
The successful candidate will be highly professional and resilient with strong commercial experience and ability. Candidates with specific retail centre management experience including leasing will be viewed favourably, however experience managing an operational asset in a different sector, or an up-and-coming property professional will also be considered. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement, financial acumen, reporting, sales and market research skills are highly sought for this role.
