About the Position
As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting people with disabilities to live independently and participate fully in their communities. Our Supported Independent Living (SIL) settings provide a safe and nurturing environment where our customers can receive 24/7 care and support.
You will be responsible for providing direct support to our customers, including:
* Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management
* Supporting customers to access community services, such as healthcare, education, and employment
* Accompanying customers on outings and social activities, promoting their inclusion and participation
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

* A valid Australian Driver's Licence
